| FINANCE & SYSTEMS CONTROL MANAGER 1.Financial reporting -Monthly reporting of management result (P&L and Balance Sheet). -Reporting via MPC/BPA consolidation system. -Follow company's Head-Office instructions and time tables. -Budget and forecasts (NEX1-NEX4) -Year end financial report audited by KPMG, Deloitte or equivalent. -Balance Sheet and Equity specifications -Intercompany reconciliations; 4 times a year. -Preparation of company's BOD material/presentation. 2.Supervision of Company's sourced out accounts. -Having full access to system (whether Great Plains or other), supervision of accounting regarding income, operating costs, gross margin, administration costs, depreciation, financial costs (including rate of exchange effects) and tax in order to keep a clear understanding of the business for monthly closing/reporting or when info is requested. -Supervision of all journal entries for clear and fair presentation according to IFRS -Annual report and year end closing of accounts -Budgeting/Cash flow -Implementation of routines to approve service provider invoices and company's internal invoices: TTClub/Tradeware/IT/Interest rates payment. 3.Cash flow administration -Loan contracts -Having authorized Bank signature, manage receivables, payables and payment program. -Write and implement Financial Standard Operating Instructions -Bank reconciliations. -Certify and Control payment instructions. 4.Company's Systems -Having received abroad a thorough training to all functionalities of the existing (Tradeware) and presently developed (BOSS) company's softwares, see to it that they are implemented in all circumstances by Managers and Staff. | |
