SPECIFICATION:
Accountability:
• Review and comment on design and drawing packages prepared by A/Es.
• Coordinate between disciplines, departments and project teams and return review comments on submittals by the A/E’s and Industries for new contract packages and plants or plant expansion designs.
• Coordinate changes in design to support construction.
• Coordinate DCN’s.
• Review and ensure quality of A/E submittals.
• Utilize computer and computer codes to review designs performed by A/E’s, if requested.
• Coordinate support to Construction and ensure timely issuing of DCNs, change orders and technical submittals.
• Perform general activities such as preparation of studies, reports and bid packages.
• Coordinate resolution of any engineering issues in a timely manner to avoid impact of construction.
• Monitor schedule of design and ensure timely completion of all activities to support construction and overall EPC schedule

Key Technical Skills:
• College Graduate with BS in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in design.
• Experience in construction.
• Significant experience with coordination of multi-discipline designs and teams.
• Sufficient knowledge of computers to monitor schedule of work and track completion of outstanding design issues.
• Knowledge of pumping stations, temporary works design and pipeline corridors.
