| Contract Formation Specialist Reference Number: 50351050 Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia Industry Unit: Civil Department: Contracts Required Start Date: Immediate Living Status: Employee and Family SPECIFICATION: Accountability: Will be directly responsible for the contract formation process which involves facilitating / supervising the bid process, contractor negotiations, client’s approval cycle, and award of all new construction and operation and maintenance contracts; advise client’s management decisions regarding contract strategies; provide supervisor instruction to client’s personnel throughout contract formation stages; interface directly with client regarding contract formation status; coordinate contract development with the client’s respective disciplines; monitor and provide input into contract formation reports; and as required, assist with / advise client’s disciplines of contract administration efforts. Key Technical Skills: Candidate should have a multi-discipline exposures to a variety of construction / infrastructure contracts; prefer technical background; must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be proficient in and have extensive experience with contract negotiations’ experience should include recent contract formation responsibilities and detailed exposure to preparation of bills of quantities; must be able to properly manage client’s team handling several contracts in various stages of formation; should have working knowledge of engineering and construction industry’s contracting practices. Relevant university degree required. | |
