| Manager of Engineering Reference Number: 50362389 Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia Industry Unit: Civil Department: Engineering Required Start Date: Immediate Living Status: Employee and Family SPECIFICATION: Accountability: Manage Royal Commission Engineering Department consisting of multi-disciplined engineering specialists, resident engineers and engineering controls personnel. Responsible for maintaining Jubail Technical Standards, preparation of conceptual designs and management of design contractors, preparation of scope documents for contract packages, preparation of scope for estimates and budgets, and provision of construction technical support. Key Technical Skills: Preferably a Graduate civil engineer although graduate engineers with relevant experience in hands on design management and management of technical organizations with substantial experience would be considered. Broad project experience to include project controls and construction, in addition to engineering management on major projects with emphasis on industrial and infrastructure projects. | |
