| Quantity Surveyor COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Specialist in Portable Buildings & GRP Fabrication. BRIEF POSTING DESCRIPTION: - Preparing construction programme and manpower requirements. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: - Tender drawing and preparations of BOQ as per tender specification and contract condition. - Make site visit to familiarize with site conditions. - Prepare interim Bills. - Send enquiries to obtain quotation from suppliers and subcontractors. - Prepare project variations. - Check on Labours and work follow up. JOB REQUIREMENTS: At least has a 4-5 years experience in Construction Company. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Must have experience in planning and tendering of Construction companies. | |
