| Factory Manager COMPANY TYPE : Interior Decoration and Contract furnishing BRIEF POSTING DESCRIPTION : - Production planning and control. - Process management. - Cost reduction. - Improve operational efficiencies. - Reducing customer complaints. - Development of quality assurance plans. - Experienced in factory layouts. - Improving logistics. - Sourcing of raw materials. - Inventory management. - Capability in Training Staff. - Knowledge of Design. - Detailed Description - Knowledge of woods and wood substitutes / alternative materials. - Knowledge of machinery and maintenance. - Knowledge of standatrds for wooden products etc. - Knowledge of ISO standards, 9001,14001 & 18001 etc. - Ability to develop relationship with major clients. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Should possess an Engineering background, preferably Mechanical / Civil Engineering with a specialisation in Production and Industrial Engineering. - Should have spent at least 10 years in a medium to large joinery factory with at least 3-4 years of Gulf experience. - Should have experience in site work and supervision. - Should be experienced in turnkey interiors. - Experience in Project Management would be an added asset. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Knowledge of Oracle systems. | |
