| Banquet Manager Banquet Manager Job Profile: Supervises all activities related to banqueting aiming to provide efficient F&B service a memorable experience for customers and profitable operation. Provides supervision, and training to his team and casuals based on the company culture. Maintains good relations with customers and implements corrective actions based on their feed back. His/her area of responsibility will be; A function room for 200 guests, 5 meeting rooms, beach and outdoor gardens for up to 1000 guests in addition to high profile outside catering. Key Requirements: - Diploma from a Hotel School, Basic HACCP/Food Hygiene Certificate - Two years experience as a in a 5*hotel as banquet service Manager - Excellent English language - Proven track of Customer delight, staff training and up-selling - Good computer skills MS Office and Infrasys system | |
