QA/QC Engineer (Instrument/Testing Engineer) Category Qualification Field of Exposure Experience 1 QA//QC Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • To prepare the Site Quality Plan and ensure its adequacy and application at Site, arranging any reviews, if required; • To verify the activities of the NDT & Welding Inspector • To supervise the proper preparation of the test and inspection reports and books, ensuring the compliance with the provided quality criteria, in order to enable a regular handing-over of the plant to the Employer. • To review the Subcontractors’ site Quality System, Quality Organization and procedures • To check the flow of information and documents; • To identify any organizational or procedural defect, analysing critical points, arranging any corrective action with the Site Manager, and informing the Head Office Construction Quality Manager accordingly; • To plan and perform periodical Audit on Subcontractors activities • To prepare his own section of Monthly report. 8 -10 years
