| Factory Manager The Interior Environment Division of one of Dubai's largest and oldest business groups is looking for a Factory Manager. In business for 40 years, they also have 24 group companies involved in Interior Environment Projects, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Medical and Real Estate. They follow extremely good HR practices, have very low attrition and the future growth prospects are excellent. The requirement is as follows : Job Profile Execution of all kind of joinery works. Preparation of production and delivery plans. Coasting of Products & Projects. Submission of new tenders. Making yearly budget & business plans. Coordinate with respective disciplines of work & liaise with General Manager for effective cost control and optimum usage of resources to meet the target dates. Regular meetings with all the concerned Consultant/Clients. Only candidates with past experience in the Middle East may apply. Desired Skill Sets : Engineering graduates preferred. Minimum of 8 to 10 year experience in managing the factory of wood and joinery works. Superior Management skills with experience of leading, managing and recruiting staff Good communication skills.
