Ticketing Officer Corporate Reservation & Ticketing Agent (3 vacancies) Travel professional with prior agency experience in the UAE / Gulf handling corporate accounts for at least 2 years. Knowledge of Galileo is mandatory. Bilingual candidates (English / Arabic) or (English / Hindi) would be preferred, however must be fluent in English. Strong knowledge of travel services (flights, hotels, car rentals, leisure services etc.) required. All candidates must possess strong communication skills (esp. on telephones). All candidates must possess a driving license since off site meetings with client might be necessary. Key Responsibilities include – receiving requests (via telephones / email / faxes), processing them via CRS, third party operators etc. and furnishing professional quotations + follow up. This position report to the Travel Manager Age – Between 24 & 30 Nationality – Indian /Arab-GCC-Any Arabic Speaking/ Russian Sex – Male/ Female
