General Manager Company description Our Client is a famous Belgian Wholesales organization, which distribute several World wide well known brands in Belgium. This organization is active in production and distribution in Europe and foresees expansion in the 25 European Membership states. For one of their expansions, their textile plant in the Cairo area, which produce highly quality shirts, we are looking for a General manager. Job description As General Manager you are responsible for the selection and implementation of the totally strategy. That means the production, finance, HR, QC etc.etc In this management role we see you as the power behind our international growth. You Coach, guide and motivate the whole team, which exists out of 240 motivated employees. The organization of the plant ,the commercial meetings, setting budgets and targeting are also main tasks of this job. In a professional way, you take care of the complete stategy of the plant. Job demands  Higher education, Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in Economics)  Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and more particular Excel and Access.  Experience in the sector is an asset  Job requires a strategy for growth, in other words, the concepts Business plan and market research, are no strangers Candidate profile  Organization skills:  Strategic  Number person  Explorative  Efficient  Target and goal orientated  Accurate  Independent  People management skills:  Communicative  Coaching  Motivating  Inspiring  Sees need to develop and train  Personality:  Driven  Explorative  Trustworthy  No non sense and down to earth  Hands on mentality  Flexible  Age: Taken, the responsibility the job requires, a candidate in his/ her 30- 40’s is very welcome.
