| Account Manager - Fleet & Lease Our Client is a car Importer based in the United Arab Emirates, they have an immediate requirement for two Account Managers (1 male & 1 female), both of which will be based in Dubai. Employed by the importer (which is not based in Dubai), you will be primarily based at your Dubai apartment and will represent the dealer on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly professional and successful importer whilst working on your own initiative. The ideal candidate will have:- - Understanding of the business development process. - Hands on sales /business management experience and a 'can do' attitude. - Excellent Client Management skills. - Strong Analytical skills. - Financial and Budget understanding. - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. The purpose of the role is to develop the company's presence and brand within the Dubai B2B market and to ensure client satisfaction. Person Profile:- - Business related degree. - Minimum of five years experience gained as a Senior Manager (e.g., within a vehicle dealer/importer/manufacturer or OEM supplier). - A proven track record of business development. - Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships. - Cultural awareness. - People and team development skills. - Commercial acumen. - Persistence and outcome focussed. - Customer relationship building skills. Requirements Do you have a background in sales/account management/business management/fleet sales within the Automotive Industry? Are you able to set-up a division from scratch? Can you demonstrate excellent B2B and negotiating skills? Proven background? Can you demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills? Interested?
