| Senior Project Manager Dubai You will be professionally qualified and well versed in all technical and contractual construction matters. Your dynamic, results orientated attitude will reflect your ability to use your own initiative and work independently. You will have at least 15 years MEP experience, ideally with a contracting focus. This will be backed up with tertiary qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services. Middle East experience will be very highly regarded. Responsibilities To emulate their continuing success, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager - MEP. Reporting into the Projects Director you will be responsible for major MEP projects with a value in excess of US$100 million, as part of major hotel, commercial and retail projects with the region. Working closely with the Project Team, you will have overall responsibility for the effective execution of all project related activities including the planning and scheduling of all major activities on the project to ensure timely completion. You will also be required to submit progress reports to the Management Committee and liaise closely with Contract Administration to ensure timely resolution of contractual issues. You will also oversee the testing, commissioning and handing over formalities as required. | |
