Cost Engineer/Quantity Surveyor/Contacts Officer Cost Engineer / Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Officer Dubai Education � Diploma or degree in QS/ Engineering (civil or structural). Experience � � At least 3 years working in construction or QS firm. � Taking of quantities from drawings and evaluate change (variation) orders. � Understand construction processes. � Working out tenders and bids estimate. � Prepare progress claims and simple construction sub-contracts. � Good command of English language. � For the position of Contracts Officer additional experience in drafting and administrating of contracts is required. � Applicant with more experience will be considered for the position Senior Contracts Officer or Assistant Contracts Manager
