Bilingual Receptionist / Office Administrator

Fully manage the reception representing the voice and face of the company as well as handling all office administrative requirements for the company. (English and Arabic)
Answer calls, welcome customers , assist them promptly and make them feel comfortable
Handle courier, fax distribution, meeting room booking, entry cards and keys, travel bookings etc.
Maintain full control of the stock for all stationary and corporate/complimentary goods
Manage the office’s communication facilities such as telephone/voice mail system, Fax and E-mail system
Ensure the office is tidy and clean at all times
Provide administrative support to the line Managers and handle some marketing related functions
