These are inclusive of separate first and business class lounge areas, an endless choice of dining options, a fully equipped business centre, spa and relaxation areas, children’s play and entertainment area and of course personalized service that is second to none. We invite applications for the following positions based in Doha (Airport), Qatar: HOST/HOSTESS - PREMIUM TERMINAL The successful candidate will provide friendly and courteous welcome to all passengers to the Premium Terminal, ensure efficient and professional processing of passenger requirements and act as an ambassador for the Qatar Airways premium product. Equally, will lead and assist staff members, to maximize service levels and productivity, while fostering a positive and co-operative work environment. The applicant must have a Minimum ‘A’ Level or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service position and, previous experience in a leadership role preferably within the hospitality or airline industry an advantage. Effective communication skills – verbal and written, strong understanding of customer service principles, high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote a positive team environment are essential requirement of the job.
