E - Learning Specialist Looking for E-Learning Specialist in Kuwait Looking for candidates with experience in the educational field, like training centers or Educational Organization or Universities. Doctorate Degree (System Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science) as a Professor or Co-Proffesor - experience, not less than 10 yrz, in System Architecture and SW Engineering - experience in Project Management - experience in Training and Consultations - experience, not less than 5 yrz, in preparing, implementing and supervising scientific researches and studies - experience, not less than 5 yrz, in planning, designing and managing e-learning projects - Very good knowledge of the educational system and Management. - Good command in Arabic and English. - Driving License.
