Account Manager - Enterprise CRM Solutions Account Mgr- Enterprise CRM Solutions Direct Sales – Strategic Selling to Corporates Business Development – Initiate and launch programs to generate new business revenue Managing the entire sales process – Customer relationship building, needs probing, RFP response, proposals for and presentations to senior or board level. Achieve assigned business targets Develop and strengthen customer relationships Acquire relevant product knowledge and perform product demonstrations Advice the project team on first cut requirements Major Account / Opportunity Management Marketing Activities and Lead Generation Academic & Profile Successful solutions / conceptual or strategic selling experience Excellent capabilities presentation / Communication / Negotiation skills Good exposure to IT /Software industry.
