| Instrument Maintenance Technician Provide level 1 support for all SAP HR module users around the globe, including training delivery. • Co-ordinate with external customers’ developers and HR SAP process experts in each region on all HR SAP system enhancements. • Development of global SAP HR training materials as necessary. • Key participant in rolling out all new SAP HR functionality as it becomes available. Specific responsibility will lie in the following areas; -HR report development in SAP. -Utilizes functionality of Company Information System (SAP) to meet Human Resources (HR) and organizational requirements in order to achieve an efficient automated system and contribute to quality, profitability and operations. Employment Life Cycle (ELC) -Responsible for input to system, maintaining system integrity, identifying ELC system problems/imperfections and putting in place corrective actions. • System data management and system audits. • Utilizes system functionality to undertake regular reporting and report analysis. • Communicate ELC updates / changes / advances to ELC End Users. • Prepare load files and co-ordinate input in response to major system updates/changes. • Responsible for ELC Job Aids and Training Materials and deliver ELC training. Cross Application Timesheet (CATS) • Communicates updates / changes / advances to CATS End Users. • Supports and educates Time Keepers on CATS developments. • Responsible for CATS Training Materials and deliver CATS training | |
