| Divisional Manager Job Purpose Organise, manage and promote business activities to retain and increase market share, consistent with our brand image in a manner to achieve and surpass set business targets with maximum profit and efficient customer service. Supervise and manage the administrative and financial accounting of the Unit. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Sales Management: Responsible for sales progress review through MIS Plan and formulate sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales target. Business development and Public Relations: Explore new market so as to develop and generate more business relevant opportunities in the Abu Dhabi region. Manage major relationships on a PR basis. Customer satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction. Incase of any grievances or complaints, take timely corrective action to resolve the same. On the Job Training and Staff Motivation: Provide on the job training to sub ordinates and develop and motivate staff to improve productivity. Administrative duties: Perform all admin function for the Unit. job knowledge, skills & experience Minimum Qualification: Preferably MBA Experience: Total 10 years experience with minimum 5 years in managerial cadre. Preferably from Electronics industry. Job Skills: Negotiation skills, Effective Management and Sales Planning Competencies: Business acumen, analytical ability and leadership | |
