| Training Manager - Retail An excellent opportunity for an exceptional Training Manager to join this leading international retail organisation with an expanding operation, based throughout the UAE, KSA and beyond. Based within their head office and working as part of an established Learning and Development team, the Training Manager's role will be to develop, produce and deliver training interventions materials and programmes to provide a comprehensive Training and Development service for all head office functions. The Training Manager will work closely with the Head of Learning & Development in identifying and prioritising Training and Development needs across the business to meet strategic objectives, establish development plans for the business, teams and individuals, help identify and develop talent within head office, manage and deliver key Training and Development projects and much more! The successful Training Manager will demonstrate a strong knowledge of Training and Development processes and procedures, ideally gained in a retail or other fast-paced, consumer-focused head office environment, possess a proven track record of designing innovative Training and Development approaches, the ability to build strong relationships within the business to champion training, excellent project/transition management skills and a natural coaching/facilitating style. This role offers excellent career development opportunities Qualifications: Masters degree in HR is must. Strong Leadership & Communication Skills Ability to work with Sr.Management. Minimum 5 – 7 years of strong & relevant experience as Trainer. 2-3 years as Manager Level. | |
