| Director Corporate strategy Director will be involved with special projects aimed at refining Quiznos’ corporate and operational strategies. Projects are typically highly analytical in nature and range in duration from 1-3 months. The Corporate Strategy team typically works together with internal functions, providing support to members of the Executive Team and their key team members. The role of the Corporate Strategy group is to structure the project, provide analytical and research support, coordinate with other groups, and provide well-articulated conclusions and recommendations. A Director will be expected to lead projects with limited support from supervisors within 3 months of assuming the role. Doing so will require: (1) a working knowledge of the QSR industry or an ability to get up to speed quickly, (2) experience in structuring high level strategic issues into concrete analytical exercises with actionable conclusions, (3) the ability to develop working relationships with other business functions, and (4) the skills to direct the work of more junior team members. A Director must be well organized, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, have a strong analytical background and must have excellent oral and written communications skills. A Director must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
