| Managing Director – Construction Managing Director required for our client who is one of the UAE’s leading suppliers of Construction Products. Our client is a highly successful Market Leader in the Construction market. They set the standards within the market with their exceptional products and customer service and have also tripled their Turnover in the last 3 Years. There is currently a need to recruit a Managing Director with a preference for CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS experience to drive sales and to become a key member of the long term future this rapidly expanding organisation. The Opportunity Drive profitable growth with bottom-line responsibility. Develop and deliver the rolling 5-year strategic plan. Build a successful team through positive performance management and investment in people. Explore new market opportunities and customer relationships. Improve processes and systems without over-regulating and stifling commercial freedom The Credentials Broad construction sector background with strong operational management experience.
