Business Development & Key Account Manager/Executives
Incumbent should be a Graduate/MBA with 3 - 8 yrs of exp in Leading Online Recruitme/Portals/ Placement Consultancies/Head Hunting Companies/HR Consulting/Internet Sales/Educational Institutions in handling the business development operations, effective leader and efficient team player, with strong industry interface and established network of contacts. He/she must possess demonstrative skills to initiate, negotiate and close deals. He/she should have strong business development, strategic planning, analytical and model - building skills. He/she should have handled team and will be directly responsible towards fostering the development of a team. He/she should be open to travel, highly motivated, entrepreneurial, self-directed and able to multi task.
