| Sales Manager Sales Managers for AUH and DXB who has the local experience and preferred from the above mentioned companies. 1. Managing the sales team 2. Assist and co-ordinate with the sales team to achieve the assigned sales target 3. Develop the Sale of Services(Maintenance Services, Consultancy Services, Out Sourcing) 4. Make sure that the team have a prompt and aggressive response to the market requirements 5. Make sure that all the pending projects of your sector and finalized in time to reduce the cost of financing the projects 6. Make sure that all r3ecieveables of your sector are collected as per the credit terms and eliminate the chance of possible bad debts 7. Assist the Management to strengthen the relations with our principles 8. Make sure that the sales team achieved their assigned objects 9. Ascertain and propose the training requirement 10. Conduct Periodical sales meeting with the sales team and evaluate their performance 11. Provide periodical reports to the Management as proposed by the GM Working with our sales department, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through direct sales and by applying appropriate selling techniques to promote and sell the company’s products and services. The candidate will also be qualifying customers, formulating solutions, developing new market territories and increasing market share, understanding customers’ needs, explaining and demonstrating products to them, and closing the sale. | |
