| Process Analyst Senior Process Analyst– 1 Process Analyst – 2 Roles and responsibilities of Process Analyst (in ANB): Perform Process Facilitation activities throughout the Life Cycle of the Project Monitor process and product quality on an on going basis Process definition / reengineering Giving feedback to Senior Management on effectiveness and efficiency of processes Conduct Process Compliance Reviews Validate performance measures collected by projects Perform data analysis of the measures so as to identify process improvement opportunities Prepare Presentation material and conduct process related trainings Perform Audits Identify non compliances and tracking them to closure Backup for Manager Quality during his absence (for the Senior Process Analyst) Qualifications for the Process Analyst: B.E. / MCA preferred 5+ Years experience in IT industry with hands on exposure to Process Facilitation. The experience level should be 8 + years for senior process Analyst Knowledge of Quality Models (CMMI / ISO) Experience in defining / fine tuning processes Data analysis experience will be an added advantage CSQA / PMP / CSTE certifications and FP Counting will be an added advantage Knowledge of testing processes / test automation / mercury suite of testing products will be an added advantage | |
