| BMS Engineer A leading System Integration company in Dubai Internet City requires a BMS Engineer with at least 2+ years of Building Management System Controls Service experience in a wide variety of high profile new build, fit out and refurbishment projects. Strong Electrical, IT and Security System background, sound technical, systems knowledge as well as project management/commercial experience ideally gained in the building services consulting industry. Your duties will include client liaison, system condition surveys, feasibility studies & reports. Specification checking & evaluation, detailed design development, tender vetting, cost & bid analysis, technical appraisals, project management & coordination, project progress reporting. You will also deal with compliance checking & monitoring, snagging, commissioning management, system witness testing and energy management surveys. Degree in Engineering or similar is a must. | |
