| HR Officer DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate with account executives, business development and department heads in translating their client requirements into a feasible solution using the provide manpower resources. • Will be in-charged of updating employee files and assure that these files are well-maintained; containing the required documents an employee should submit. • Will be handling visa requirements, arranging visas for qualified candidates, assure that these visas are well-updated based on its expiration and all processes involving it. • Recommends resorts and solutions for easier recruitment. • Recommends additions or changes to standards, policies and procedures for a better and peaceful working environment. • Effectively attend to employee requirements and understand their needs as covered by the Company. • Monitor and manage attendance with respect to employee schedule. • Maintaining all company documents as confidential and will only be forwarded for employee usage only after approval from the management. • Track the directives of the HR Manager, conveys the same to what action is needed to be done. • Coordinates with co-HR Officer in all HR procedures. • Performs tasks assigned by the CEO and COO according to job requirements. • Coordinates with the referrals set out by clients and co-employees. • Track documents submitted and forwarded by newly joined employees. • Make a summary of reports related to HR Department. • Communicates with MQ Related personnel based outside Doha. • Request assistance from HR manager on issues that requires resolutions. • Duty of understanding the forecasted plans of manpower requests on a client requirement basis. • Make reports based on factual information relayed and forwarded by covered employees. • Ensure that monthly payroll information is up-to-date and timely • Assist in undertaking candidate interviews. | |
