PROJECT MANAGER Our client, an international leader in Construction and Facilities Management and has offices in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Dubai and Qatar. Reporting to the Area Manager the Project Manager must be able to: Deliver the project in terms of cost, time, quality, safety and environment, Posses the necessary communication and personal skills to interact with the Client at meetings and via correspondence, Co-ordinate and lead the Site Team, and Possess the necessary drive and determination to take responsibility for the performance of Trade Contractors. The successful candidate will understand the necessity of OHS and Environmental Compliance, and demonstrate ability to programme, coordinate and coerce trade contractors to perform and complete works in a timely manner. All Candidates should possess the following: Relevant Degree qualifications Previous experience on High Rise Projects Understanding of Design and Construct Contracts Ability to work to tight deadlines Drive and self-motivation
