| Creative Director Creative Director is responsible for leading, managing and directing the creative work, as well as educates, inspires and develop the creative staff. Responsibilities - Lead and Manage creative development, integrated advertising campaigns and new and emerging media creative solutions - Oversee the conceptual development, execution, presentation and innovations on multiple creative assignments from a single point of responsibility and accountability for breakthrough creative work. - Ensure the translation of consumer insights, brand positioning and unique selling propositions into BIG BRAND IDEAS that are executed across multiple deliverables. - Oversee assignment of associate creative directors, copywriters and art directors. - Ensure quality, consistency and professional collaboration between members of the Group. - Promote creative culture through educating, inspiring and developing the Groups skills and determination to execute great creative work. | |
