| CHIEF ENGINEER - GAS OPERATIONS Our Client, A leading national brand established to market and distribute petroleum products and supply a wide range of allied products and services is looking to recruit a Chief Engineer for their Sharjah based operations. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: Key Responsibilities: • Plans, directs and supervises the activities of assigned personnel engaged in the maintenance, repair and inspection of mechanical, electrical, instrument and electronic equipment. • Ensures that such activities are executed to established engineering, safety and loss control standards. • Discusses with consultants major projects and drafts related contracts. • Prepares and submits annual engineering budgets and controls their expenditure. • Prepares and coordinates engineering staff training requirements. • Acts as overall coordinator at site in the event of an emergency on the pipeline. | |
