| Vehicle Mechanics, Generator Mechanics and Arms Repairmen needed We are searching for personnel to join an international firm with contracts in Iraq in the framework of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) where we work side by side with members of the US Armed Forces in Iraq to repair military equipment. The work primarily involves vehicle and other equipment maintenance, as well as some logistical work. The LOGCAP program in Iraq currently has several hundred job opportunities. There are immediate openings on our award-winning team in the following areas: • Wheeled Vehicle Mechanics • Engineer Equipment Mechanics • HVAC Mechanics • Fuel and Electrical System Repairers • Power Generation Technicians (commercial grade) • Generator Mechanics • Small Arms Repairmen • SAMS-1 Operators The positions include a competitive benefits package starting the first day of hire. The Annual Salary for these jobs is between $80,000 and $120,000. All operations are conducted on US Military Bases with US forces providing force protection. We are looking for people with a minimum of three years hands-on mechanical experience. Military experience welcome. Start date immediate. Hiring procedure includes a criminal background check and a rigorous physical examination to ensure fitness for overseas duty. | |
