Senior Medical Committees Coordinator

Job Description

Oversight of medical committees functioning
Establish ToRs for committees
Establish organizational structure for medical committees within the Policy and Standards department
Develop and maintain job descriptions for all administrative staff
Develop and maintain job descriptions for all clinical staff

Committee functions
Attend all committee meetings (Abu Dhabi Island, Eastern Region etc)
Development of policies and procedures for committees functioning
Structure
Process
Decision making
Develop databases based on critical information for disability and long term sickness committees
Develop standard reports based on critical information for disability and long term sickness committees
Select, implement and maintain IT systems to track all committee activities
Develop strategic plan and KPIs for medical committees

Educational qualifications
Occupational health and safety
Health and Safety
Clinical qualification in the therapy/rehabilitation field desirable

Experience
10 years in the health and safety/rehabilitation field
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a supervisory position

Specific skills/experience
Computer skills all MS Office software
Presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
Business planning
Report writing
