| Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities 1. Treasury • Control group cash 2. Accounting • Recruit, train and manage Indian and Iraqi bookkeepers • Produce the group forecasts • Produce all the statutory accounts 3. Company Secretary • Group structure • Tax mitigation strategy • Control banks and bank relationships • Control fiduciary and relationship (if necessary) • Control lawyers and accountants and other HQ consultants • Shareholders adviser and mediator • Compliance with all laws • Contracts specialist (US gov/FAR, construction, personal services, suppliers, customers etc) • Investor relations and reports • Statutory reports and accounts • Keep all registrations updated (USG/CCR/ORCA, NATO, UN, etc) 4. Human Resources • Staffing levels • Contracts • Remuneration committee chairman • Staff share/bonus scheme 5. Administration • Head of information/databases to include its security 6. Communications and IT (optional, depends on experience) • IT/policy • Communications/policy Management team member for the following functions: 7. Commercial • Aggressive growth strategy advice • Bidding/proposals/new business – discovery, evaluation, drafting and costing • Evaluating corporate activity • Market and competition analysis • Conflict resolution/negotiator and litigation controller 8. General management/support • set and police the reporting structure • develop key management ratios/indicators Erbil level 9. Head of HQ staff 10. Chief accountant for the OSB project 11.
