Associated with a leading law firm in Bahrain and is the Business Centre of choice in the Kingdom. Conveniently situated in the heart of the Diplomatic Area of Manama, Bahrain, the client is a one-stop business and service centre set up to provide private, individual or multi-user office suites. The unique service package solution that they provides can be tailored to each client to provide professional office and business support encompassing a wide range of products and services at competitive prices with flexible terms. My client’s objective is to provide professional, customized services in a timely, cost efficient manner. The Job Role Job Title Deputy Centre Manager 'DCM" Brief Description To co-ordinate and manage the office support services and ensure the smooth Running of Prime Instant Offices, Al Jasrah Tower for all clients and potential clients Location PRIME Instant Offices, Al Jasrah Tower, Diplomatic Area, Manama, Bahrain Reporting to Managing Director Direct Reports All support staff Consults with Assistant Centre Manager, Accountant and any suppliers Term of Contract Permanent one year renewable contract dependent upon work permits, with three month probationary period Hours of Work Centre hours of 8am - 6pm Sun-Thurs On cal Fri/Sat according to client needs Remuneration (as per employment contract) Duties and Responsibilities The "DCM" will have 3 key areas of responsibility: General Administration and Operational Management The 'DCM" will: | |
