Responsibilities -
- Training and Development Conduct a training needs analysis for the Group
-Develop a periodic training calendar for thw Group as per training needs identified
- Source suitable training providers to conduct training as per training calendar for senior and general management programs
- Conduct training programs identified as per training calendar
- Put Training process and develop need based Training hand outs
- Conduct Induction programs for new joiners
- Develop and implement training programme materials
- Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the training & development programmes conducted
- Generate management reports from the training database
- Prepare the budget for the Employee Development programs
- Review the budget as per requirements§ Develop appropriate metrics and reporting to benchmark the value of training activities.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of MBA in HR/PG in Behavioural Science and / or Certified Trainer;
- Minimum 8+ years experience in a training environment.
- Professional competency in MS-Office package;
- HR Management Skills;
- SM Expertise in designing the training modules and Report writing skills;
- Skill in performing detailed computations;
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
