Transaction Services Manager Transaction Advisory Services - Professional opportunities are now available in different local and overseas locations for motivated and resourceful individuals, who are interested in building a career as consultants in valuation. The person will be involved mainly in: • Carrying out company and asset bussiness valuation • Preparing business plans for a variety of industries • Participating in financial analysis, modelling projects • Conducting research, preparing reports and proposals and participating in client interviews Requirements • MSc in Finance/Investment Analysis or MBA • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English • GMAT will be considered a plus • IT knowledge (MS Office - with emphasis on excel skills-, other basic operating systems) • 5+ years work experience in valuations, mergers & acquisitions, project finance, financial restructuring and business planning, preferably in a big accounting firm or investment bank, will be considered an asset
