| Facilities Manager Our client is a world renowned FM outsourcer with operations globally. They currently require a senior facilities manager to head up their flagship building in Kuwait. The building is a brand new 50'000 m2 state of the art development with three ten story buildingslinked by a large glass atrium and sky gardens, there is a spectacularglazed and curved full height wall around the perimeter. This building is at the forefront of modern technology and includes underfloor cooling, IP CCTV Systems, access control, complex BMS systems, fully automated car park system, along with a bespoke lighting system. As such, our client requires a technically bias Facilities Manager who has strong 'hard services' experience particularly with HVAC. You must also have great communication skills and be very client facing, a great deal of responsibility lies with the post holder to build lasting relationships with the client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Middle East and enjoy the lifestyle that accompanies such an appointment. All salaries are paid tax free and include a living allowance and car. This is a fulltime role and would require relocation to Kuwait. Please note candidates are required to have a degree in an engineering field to be considered for this role.
