| Telecom Engineer VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India. VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Telecom Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill Set required: SCOPE - To ensure the installation, the start-up, the exploitation and the maintenance of the telecom systems - Negotiate & manage contracts with the main suppliers and operators and follow-up of licenses - To coordinate the technical interventions (levels 1 and 2) with the company of maintenance - Define and manage the IP addressing plan for the installations - Define telecom system (Voice & Data) specific to offshore and onshore oil installations and ensure their reliability in this environment - Define the functional, operational and technical interfaces between telecommunications systems and equipments of other disciplines such as: electricity, instrumentation etc …. - Maintain an up-to –date inventory of telecom equipment and documentation. - Attend factory and on-site tests and take part in commissioning of telecommunications systems - Recommend technical architectures, solutions & ensure the consistency of solutions in the Affiliate - Defining long term evolutions, organization and budgets PROFILE - Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication - Experience: 3-5 years experiences Skills: TCP/IP Protocol, Cisco IOS, cabling, microwave TDMA, Radio Trunking, PABX, ToIP - Skills in team management, and reporting is required Domain : Telecom Experience Required : 3 – 5 years Terms and conditions: Joining time frame : 2 weeks (Maximum 4 weeks) The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Qatar. | |
