| Azal Manager Azal Manager - Jewellery. Azal - multibrand store (salary 25-28 K) Brief responsibilities of the role: Implementing of sales strategy - contribute towards and monitor the sales plan implementation and results to ensure achievement of sales budget. Sales and Customer service activities - oversee and ensure that sales activities and customer service standards are in line with brand standards. Manning - ensures optimal staffing, participate in recruitment activity. Monitor training and development activity of staff to ensure the required skill and competency is available. Principal Liaison - maintain and follow through on developing sustainable relationships with the principals. Inventory management: - managing season buy to ensure optimum inventory holding; yielding desired margins and sale through. Marketing strategy - contribute to overall marketing strategy and plan. Sales strategy - development of sales strategy and budget. VM - oversee implementation of VM plans and ensure that VM standards are in line with the brand image. | |
