HR Director We’re looking for an internationally experienced HR Director to assist our start up business client with their recruitment programme in line with the expected official launch of the company early 2009. Previous experience working in the airline industry and having worked in the Gulf region are both essential, and familiarity of Kuwaiti labour laws would be a welcome advantage. The ability to speak Arabic would also be helpful, but this isn’t vital. The role will include transactional process building (not quite from scratch) and the recruitment of up to approx 160 people, including 75% crew – but as there is no current HR role, there’s not much else to tell you...!
