| Operations Managers/ Supervisors - Energy Management Company in Dubai About us - SymbiosisFE is an HR Consulting company providing Recruitment solutions to leading companies in the Middle East. The Opportunity :The prospective employer is one of the worlds largest energy management companies with over 40 years experience in generator and cooling tower hire, air-conditioning solutions, etc.They help solve power generation, temperature control and other cooling and heating related issues across more than 20 locations spread across the world. A wide range of industries worldwide benefit from their expertise to implement efficient and innovative industrial rental solutions to meet emergency or supplemental power, temperature and oil-free air challenges. Their Middle East operations are rapidly growing and they are looking for professionals to manage the growing operations : The requirement is for Operational Managers/Supervisors The following skills are required : Technical - • Engineering/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering • Exposure to HV and Safety procedures. • Electrical - Minimum 5 years experience with generator Equipment and Transformers in areas like Trouble Shooting, Problem Solving, Diagnostics and Schematic Diagrams. • Mechanical - Minimum 5 years of experience with Heavy Diesel Engines ( preferably Cummins) in areas like Trouble Shooting, Problem Solving, Maintenance and Overhauling. • Candidates with exposure to Gas Engines can also apply. Communication Skills : • Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Operating Systems Windows 98/ XP/2000/NT •Exceptional leadership and team management experience Openings also exist for Electricians and Mechanics.
