| General Manager - Network Marketing Key Strategic Responsibility & Accountability • To represent the company as top ranking official in all governmental agencies relationship management such as creating and sustaining a high level symbiotic working relation base on mutual respect. • To positively orchestrate and raise the profile of the company especially amongst its customers and other stakeholders. E.g. partners, suppliers, business associates and governmental agencies of the company in Middle East countries. • To coordinate & handle market challenges, media adversary and on-going front-end market challenges e.g. legality, custom, networks regulations & Acts and etc. • To work closely with the senior management team and directors in crafting strategic directions and plan executions of the businesses. • To overseas the total business performance and revenue generation. • To inspire continuous improvement on overall management system, IT and supply chain management systems, service culture and network training support program and its development. • To drive, lead, coordinate and synergize with diverse teams of corporate backend operations staff and front-end markets operations staff as to ensure their total involvement, productivity and contribution towards achieving the company’s vision, mission, objective, promo & sales drives, marketing or PR campaign and etc. • To formulate strategy for network membership development as to increase its range and healthy members’ distribution and diversity. • To formulate product development strategy and market penetration / expansion strategies Middle East Countries. • To provide update and timely recommendation to the BOD in regards to the dynamic nature of network/market and its developments. Key Tactical Responsibility & Accountability • To formulate, implement, manage and support strategic network marketing plans/activities all over the major cities in Middle East Countries. • To design and establish suitable network marketing system which enhance the performance of all network partners. • To produce on-going performance reports. Analyze and take proper action plan to enhance further on business performance. • To implement and monitor network marketing action plans and strategies (commission plan, products, promo, distribution and etc) in accordance to Company’s agreed expansion program. • To coordinate and strategize within the company & with the group as to increase and sustain leaders’ high level of motivation, energy and momentum into the marketplaces as to raise sales. • To develop a series of training support programs for the network which cover business recruitment, motivation, train the trainers and programs which benefit the overall network development. • To lead, guide & work along with the front and back end team to prepare project timeline, facilitating & monitoring the overall progress of earmarked project. • Procure the services of and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, in accordance with the company policy and procurement guidelines. • To coordinate and synergize with other subsidiaries within the group in global network management, conducting trainings and events, and launching of various promo. • To plan & guide the team members in carrying out intelligence search, monitoring, and determining business development strategies in various subset markets i.e. new, emerging, existing, revival markets in the country. • To undertake any other related tasks as may be determined from time to time by immediate superior. Job Requirements • Degree in any business discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in Network Marketing industry is a mandatory. • Knowledge and experience with the legal requirements and regulations of running a Network Marketing company in Middle East Countries. • Fluent speaker in Farsi and Arabic is a must. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and knowledge of other dialects/languages are an advantage. • Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed. Strong analytical qualities are a must. • Willing to travel anywhere especially within a specified region, whenever required. | |
