| Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing, Dubai KT-03-04-05 Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing, Dubai Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking to recruit a Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing to join its dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strong brand identity and implementing a PR and Marketing strategy for the organization. Responsibilities: • Develop PR campaigns to complement sales and marketing initiatives. • Manage the function within the agreed budget and Business Plan requirements. • Prepare drafts for the business strategy, business plan and budgets for the PR function. • Ensure that all PR communications are issued in a planned manner and that they reflect the philosophy and strategic goals. • Ensue that the brand name, services and product are communicated to the public in accordance with the strategic objectives. Responsibilities: • University Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, Mass Communications or Public Relations. • At least 5 years of experience as PR and Communications Head in a bank or financial institution. • Strong background in Islamic Banking and knowledge of Private Equity, Asset Management and Corporate Finance will be an advantage.
